Foreign Affairs Fellow at U.S. Dept. of State
 
Caroline "Carrie" Walters is a student in the Master's program in Public Diplomacy at USC. Prior to this, Carrie served as Program Coordinator for the Washington, D.C. office of Transparency International. She also spent a year teaching English at a Japanese high school through the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme, and completed a research assistantship with Member of Parliament, Ian Cawsey, at the House of Commons in London. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Walters is a recipient of the Thomas R. Pickering Graduate Foreign Affairs Fellowship from the U.S. Department of State where she is currently interning.
