Dr. John Robert Kelley received his PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His dissertation is titled, "From Monologue to Dialogue: U.S. Public Diplomacy for the Post-9/11 Era," which delves into the recent history of American public diplomacy activities, offers empirically-based tools for interpreting these activities, and advocates new directions in strategy and organization. From January 2003 to September 2004, Mr. Kelley served as a Program Officer in the Office of Foreign Missions, U.S. Department of State. His most recent publications have appeared in Intercultural Management Quarterly and George Washington University's International Affairs Review.
